By creating an account or using CertGrid ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted.

2. What We Provide

CertGrid is an independent practice platform offering exam-format questions, timed tests, scoring, and analytics for IT certification preparation. We are not a certification body and do not issue any official certifications.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Results

CertGrid is a study aid. Using our practice exams does not guarantee that you will pass any official certification exam. Exam content, passing scores, and formats are determined solely by the respective certification vendors.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share, redistribute, or reproduce questions or content from the platform; use automated tools to scrape or download content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments and Access

Paid plans (Single Exam Pass, Pro Monthly, and Pro Annual) are one-time purchases processed through Razorpay. They grant access for a fixed term and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel - access ends automatically when the purchased term expires. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@certgrid.app.

6. Content Accuracy

We strive to keep questions accurate and up to date, but certification exam objectives change frequently. We do not warrant that all content reflects the latest exam version at all times.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@certgrid.app.

8. Limitation of Liability

CertGrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
