Report an Error and Our Correction Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-03
We write and review our question banks carefully, but no bank covering tens of thousands of questions is perfect, and exam objectives shift over time. If you think something is wrong, we want to know - fixing it helps every learner who studies that exam next.
What to report
- An answer you believe is incorrect, or an explanation that is wrong or unclear.
- Content that is out of date versus the current exam version (renamed services, retired features, changed limits).
- A typo, broken formatting, or a duplicated question.
- Anything that reads like it was copied from a real exam - we will remove it. CertGrid publishes only original, objective-based questions.
How to report it
Email support@certgrid.app with the exam name and, if you can, the question text or a screenshot and a short note on what looks wrong. That context lets us find and verify the item quickly.
How we handle it
- Triage. Every report is read by the CertGrid editorial team.
- Verify. We check the claim against the vendor's current published objectives and documentation, not just opinion.
- Fix. Valid issues are corrected in the question bank - the answer, the explanation, or the whole item is rewritten - and the exam's last-reviewed date is refreshed.
- Close the loop. Where you have given us a way to reply, we let you know what changed.
Our standard
Accuracy over volume. We would rather rewrite a weak question than leave it live. Our full authoring and review process is documented on our methodology page.
