Are these official certification exam questions?
No. CertGrid is an independent practice platform. Our questions are original, written by our team against each exam's current published objectives. We do not use real, leaked, or braindump exam content, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification vendor.
What is included in the Free plan?
The free plan includes a fixed set of 20 practice questions for each exam, with basic explanations. You can retry the same set anytime. Upgrade to unlock the full question bank, timed exam mode, complete explanations, domain analytics, and unlimited practice. No credit card required.
Is this a subscription or one-time access?
One-time access. Single Exam Pass, Pro Monthly, and Pro Annual are one-time purchases that unlock access for a fixed term (6 months, 30 days, and 12 months). They do not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel - access ends automatically when the term expires, and you can purchase again whenever you want.
Why do some users see INR and others USD?
Pricing is shown in your regional currency, detected from your location - INR for India and USD elsewhere. Regional prices are set independently for fairness and are not a live currency conversion. The plan and its features are identical regardless of currency.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment does not complete you are not charged and no access is granted, so you can simply try again. If money was debited but access did not activate, email support@certgrid.app with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
Do you offer refunds, and how do I cancel?
Because plans are one-time purchases, there is no subscription to cancel - access ends automatically at the end of the purchased term. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; email support@certgrid.app and we will help.
